The lectures will be held in the Buchanan building with parking at the Rose Garden Parkade
($12.50/day Mon-Fri, $3/day Saturday ). For locations refer to the UBC Campus
maps (especially the third map).
Note that the Buchanan Building is to the west
of the Gage towers, while the Rose Garden Parkade
is to the west of the Buchanan Building - ie. all three are almost in a straight line.
Registration
Registration will be held 6-8pm on Thursday May 20 in the UBC Conference Centre (Gage) Lobby
and will continue on Friday at 8am in the Buchanan Building
Banquet
Banquet will be held Friday at the University Centre dining room (next to the
Rose Garden). Full cash bar opens at 6pm with salmon barbeque buffet dinner at 7pm.
