The following information is provided to assist GEANT4 workshop
participants with their reservation process:
Billing Arrangements: Participants pay their own account and call in
and make their own reservation citing the group name: TRIUMF GROUP.
All guest rooms and rate associated with the guest rooms are
guarantied until August 01, 2003. All reservation requests must
be made prior to this date or all rooms and rates will be subject to
space and rate availability.

The guest rooms / rates confirmed are for Studio Suites however, the
Hotel does have 1-bedroom suites. Should the participants wish to
upgrade, a request can be made at the time of booking directly with one
of the reservation specialists.
Rates: Studio Suite - $129.00 Can - $25 for extra person
Rates: 1-Bedroom Suite (on request) - $149.00 Can - $25 for extra person
Additional are 7% GST (Goods and Services Taxt) and 10% PST (Provincial
Sales Tax)

Date: 08/31 - 10 Studio Suites
Date: 09/01 to 09/05 - 30 Studio Suites
Date: 09/06 - 10 Studio Suites
Terms and Conditions: Credit Card deposit guarantee required at time of
booking. Cancellation policy is 48 hours for confirmed reservations. The
balance is due at check out.
