Rates: Fairmont Room - $160.00 Can (based on single/double occupancy) + taxes

Individual Reservations: The participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations. Please call the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver reservations department at 1-604-684-3131 or the Global Reservation Center at 1-800-441-1414.
Alternatively, reservations may be made via email to hvcreservations@fairmont.com.
Callers must identify themselves as being with the TRIUMF MEETING.
Requests for reservation must be made by August 4 2003 in order to qualify for the group rate.
Terms and Conditions: Individuals are required to guarantee their reservation for late arrival in cash or by use of a major credit card. Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night's stay. Reservations and deposits received after August 4, 2003, or exceeding the contracted room block, will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis only.
NOTE: Due to the special TRIUMF room rate, on-line booking through the Fairmont web site is not available. Please reserve your room by phone or email as specified above.
